Terms for using Connex.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Using Connex
Connex is a workflow and collaboration service. Access to a tenant or workspace requires an authorized Connex account and is subject to the roles, capabilities, and resource permissions configured for that account.
Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for using Connex only within the access granted to you. Connecting a Google account is optional unless a specific workflow requires it. Google authorization does not by itself create or grant a Connex membership.
Connected Google services
When you authorize a Google integration, Connex may perform actions that you request and that fall within the scopes shown on the Google consent screen. You can revoke Google access through your Google Account and, where available, disconnect the integration in Connex.
Acceptable use
Do not use Connex to access data you are not authorized to access, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, distribute unlawful content, or use connected providers in violation of their terms or applicable law.
Service changes and availability
Features, integrations, limits, and availability may change as Connex evolves or as third-party providers change their services. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve authorized data and operations, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
